Kim Thieme

Kim works hand in hand with operations to ensure processes and procedures run effectively and efficiently to best serve EFCG clients. Her expertise is leading and developing administrative teams and executive and internal organizational communications. Prior to EFCG, Kim worked in the AE Industry for 9 years serving as Strategic Services Manager. In this role, she helped lead company-wide strategic planning efforts, developed and executed internal communications campaigns and initiatives, and led administrative assistant teams to achieve excellence in supporting technical staff. She also helped lead continuous improvement and performance excellence efforts for the organization. Kim has also worked in the public sector, leading downtown revitalization and special event efforts for a municipality in Texas. She recently relocated and lives with her family in Colorado Springs where she was born and raised. She loves the outdoors and fresh mountain air!
