(ORTECH), an Ontario-based operating subsidiary of Kontrol Technologies Corp. (Kontrol) providing stack testing, air quality consulting, energy efficiency, and technology solutions. The acquisition of ORTECH will strengthen Alliance’s capabilities and presence in Canada, enabling Alliance to serve their clients’ needs further.
