EFCG Advises Intueor Consulting on Its Sale to Consertus

The Environmental Financial Consulting Group, LLC (“EFCG”), through its registered broker-dealer affiliate EFCG Transaction Services LLC, is pleased to announce that its client, Intueor Consulting, Inc. (“Intueor”), has been acquired by Consertus, Inc. (“Consertus”), a portfolio company of RTC Partners. Intueor is a well-established strategy, operations, and technology advisory firm with a strong track record of serving transportation and other public-sector organizations. The combination brings together Intueor’s business transformation and advisory expertise with Consertus’ multidisciplinary infrastructure management and delivery capabilities, and was effective September 1.
“We are thrilled to have had the opportunity to work with and advise the Intueor co-founders and managing partners on this important next phase of their firm’s growth,” said Emily Shaw, Senior Vice President at EFCG. “Over the past two decades, Intueor has established its reputation as a premium advisory and technology consultant for the public sector. We look forward to seeing the team expand upon their achievements with the Consertus platform.”
“For 21 years, Intueor has helped transportation organizations navigate consequential decisions about their operations, technology, and future,” said Sreeni Malireddy, Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Intueor. “We see this combination as an opportunity to apply what we have learned in one of the world’s most demanding infrastructure sectors to other markets. Just as importantly, it creates a larger platform for our people to lead, innovate, and build the next chapter of their professional journey.”
“We are entering a period in which AI and digital innovation can fundamentally change how organizations plan, operate, and deliver value,” said Vijay Mididaddi, Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Intueor. “By pairing Consertus’ innovation capabilities with Intueor’s industry expertise and transformation experience, we have an opportunity to move beyond incremental gains and help clients reimagine what exceptional performance looks like. We appreciated the guidance and support from the EFCG team as we navigated the process of identifying a partner with a shared vision for the future.”
“Bringing Intueor into Consertus deepens our ability to engage clients at the earliest stages of strategic decision-making and carry that understanding through execution,” said Roy Block, CEO of Consertus. “Our ambition is to help clients make more confident investments and achieve lasting outcomes across the infrastructure lifecycle.”
EFCG served as exclusive financial advisor to Intueor.
