As a Financial & Strategic Advisory Vice President at EFCG, Vishal supports clients through engagements focused on strategic planning, post-merger integration, market due diligence, and organizational design. He also provides clients with deep insight into their competitive positioning in the industry through peer benchmarking analyses and corporate valuations.

Prior to joining EFCG, Vishal worked in financial services consulting in PwC’s Banking & Capital Markets practice. Vishal graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University with a BSBA in Finance and Management. He also holds minors in Economics and Spanish, and a certificate in Global Business. Vishal lives in Dallas and enjoys playing tennis, traveling, and watching stand-up comedy in his free time.
