Shi Qi Connolly is a Senior Analyst on EFCG's Technology and Innovation Team. She partners with clients to identify and apply emerging technologies, helping them transform their businesses and shape strategy at the intersection of technology and enterprise.
Prior to joining EFCG, Shi Qi (pronounced "City") was a Senior Technical Consultant at srcLogic, where she specialized in low-code application development for public sector clients, including the Air Force Research Laboratory and the IRS. Her work focused on building custom technical solutions tailored to complex business needs, with a strong emphasis on user experience, user interface design, and Section 508 accessibility compliance.
Shi Qi holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering with a Minor in Chemistry from Virginia Tech. She later earned her MBA from the George Washington University School of Business, along with a Certificate in Energy Systems Management.
Outside of work, she is passionate about energy and environmental sustainability and currently leads the national chapter of the Council on Women in Energy & Environmental Leadership (CWEEL). Additionally, Shi Qi is an avid cook and food enthusiast.
