Rebecca leads EFCG’s Management Consulting Team, partnering with the leadership teams of architecture, engineering, and consulting (A/E/C) firms to address their most pressing strategic priorities. Her work spans growth strategy, company valuations, ownership transitions, organizational design, and post-merger integration. Rebecca advises over 75 firms annually, including employee-owned and private equity-backed firms, helping them navigate complex decisions around structure, capital, and leadership. She also presents industry trends and benchmarking insights to hundreds of CEOs, leadership teams and boards each year. Rebecca joined EFCG as managing director in 2018 and purchased the company alongside Jessica and Julie in 2019.
Prior to joining EFCG, Rebecca was a Senior Manager at Bain & Company, a global management consulting firm, working in the New York, Boston and Melbourne offices. At Bain & Company, Rebecca led teams to advise Fortune 100 firms on strategy and org design. Rebecca also worked in Bain’s Private Equity Group (PEG), doing diligence for private equity firms on potential targets.
Rebecca received her MBA from Harvard Business School, and graduated with Honors from Harvard University. Rebecca lives in Denver with her husband Sean, their son, William, and their dogs, Sassy and Abby.
