Natalie is an Analyst on the Talent & Compensation Practice at EFCG. She graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Plant Sciences and a minor in Education. While at Cornell, she spent all four years working in a vegetable breeding and genetics laboratory, gaining hands-on research experience alongside her coursework. She previously interned across a number of sectors, including nonprofit, institutional research, the U.S. government, and a for-profit corporation. These combined experiences helped her develop strong interests in data analysis, project management, communication, and the agricultural and environmental industries. Originally from Fargo, North Dakota, Natalie enjoys visiting botanical gardens, spending time with her family, and exploring the outdoors.
