Julie works with clients on their people strategies. Her expertise is in talent and workforce planning, compensation benchmarking and assessment, post-merger integration, and change management. Prior to EFCG, Julie was in the Talent & Organization Practice at Accenture, a global management consulting firm. She led teams out of the New York City, USA and Lagos, Nigeria offices. As an advisor to Fortune 1 - 500 firms, Julie worked with clients to understand their specific needs and shape concrete strategies unique to their ambitions. As a subject matter expert, Julie regularly presents at ACEC National, ENR, and other AEC Industry events and has lectured at Harvard.

 

Julie lives in Connecticut with her husband and two daughters. A Chicago native and New York fan, she has finished the Chicago and NYC marathons, but remains loyal to her Chicago Cubs. As an avid animal lover, Julie is on the PAWS Chicago Board, an animal shelter transforming animal welfare and community impact.
