Jessica advises CEOs, founders, and leadership teams of AEC firms through one of the most significant decisions they will face — selling, recapitalizing, or transitioning ownership of their company. She leads EFCG’s M&A Team, helping clients navigate the sell-side, the buy-side, and partnerships with alternative capital sources to ensure the best strategic and cultural fit for long-term success.

Jessica brings 18 years of financial and transactional experience, leading and closing over $6 billion in AEC M&A transactions in the past five years. She has advised dozens of AEC leadership teams, guiding them through complex transitions with a focus on maximizing shareholder value while protecting legacy, culture, and people. Her clients rely on her ability to blend deep financial expertise with a personal understanding of what’s at stake for leaders — from succession planning and sustainable growth to ownership transitions.

Before acquiring EFCG in 2019, Jessica built her career on Wall Street and in institutional capital raising, holding leadership roles at Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, and Black Creek Group. Her background advising private equity firms, family offices, and institutional investors gives her a unique ability to connect AEC firms with the right long-term partners and capital solutions.

Jessica earned her MBA with Distinction from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where she was named an Edward Tuck Scholar, and graduated with Honors in Psychology from Harvard University, where she rowed for the Varsity Women’s Crew Team all four years.

A native of New York City, Jessica now lives in Denver with her husband, Colin, and their young sons, James and Dylan. In her free time, she serves on the Denver Zoo Leadership Council and the Finance & Audit Committee, and raises awareness for Denver Health Hospital’s transformative community work. She loves to ski (Nordic, Alpine & Tele) and hike with her family and their rescue pup, Zoey. Her advising approach is grounded in integrity, resilience, and long-term vision — the same principles that guide her family life.

Jessica is CEO and a Registered Representative of EFCG Transaction Services LLC, member of FINRA, and holds Series 24, Series 63, Series 7, and Series 79 licenses.
