Born in Morocco and raised in Colorado, Fatima brings a unique blend of cultural depth and professional expertise to her work. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting and Economics from the University of Colorado Denver, reflecting her deep passion for business operations and working with people.

Over the past seven years, Fatima has honed her skills as an Executive Assistant to senior-level executives across the biomedical and biotechnology space, complemented by two years as an Office Manager at a startup in Los Angeles. Her experience spans office management, project coordination, event planning, and administration, where she thrives in dynamic environments that fosters teamwork, creativity and innovation.

Outside of EFCG, Fatima enjoys cooking, spending quality time with loved ones, exploring the outdoors, and traveling. Her frequent visits to Morocco to reconnect with extended family keep her grounded in her roots and heritage. Looking ahead, she is excited to take up a new hobby— a sport or perhaps learning an instrument.
