Emily is a Vice President on EFCG's M&A Team. Prior to joining EFCG, she worked as a Director, FP&A at Vail Resorts, serving as the primary finance partner to Vail's 26 Eastern Region resorts. Previously, Emily was an investment banker on Goldman Sachs' Equity Capital Markets desk, advising clients in the Financials, Fintech and Insurance industries on their public issuance. Emily graduated with honors from Williams College with a degree in History and was also a member of the women's varsity lacrosse team. Emily lives with her husband in Denver, where in her free time she can be found skiing, biking, and golfing.
