Dimitri is EFCG’s compensation strategy expert, managing EFCG’s proprietary HR and compensation databases. He regularly conducts compensation and benefits benchmarking analyses for clients, tailoring the assessments to fit each client’s size, ownership structure, and geography. Through these assessments, Dimitri evaluates what peer firms are doing and then collaborates with the client’s executive team to align on a total rewards approach that augments the firm’s key priorities, culture, and corporate strategy. Prior to joining EFCG in 2014, Dimitri worked in scientific research and analysis. He holds a BS in Biology from Fordham University and, in his spare time, Dimitri likes spending time with his dog and adding to his sports memorabilia collection.
