EFCG is pleased to announce that Sterling Investment Partners (Sterling), a Connecticut-based private equity firm, has acquired Verdantas from Round Table Capital Partners (RTC), a Florida-based private equity firm. Verdantas management, employees, and RTC will retain significant equity interests in the company.
Founded in 2020, Verdantas is a Florida-based firm specializing in environmental consulting, sustainable engineering, modeling, and digital technology. The company supports markets with secular tailwinds and fosters sustainable project outcomes. Since RTC’s initial investment in July 2020, Verdantas has completed 18 acquisitions and grown to a team of over 1,450 professionals, establishing itself as a premier player in the environmental consulting space.
