Qualus Completes its acquisition of Wood’s North American Transmission and Distribution Engineering Business

John Wood Group plc (“Wood”) has announced that it has completed the sale of its North American Transmission & Distribution engineering business ("North America T&D") to Qualus LLC and 2737813 ALBERTA LTD (together, "Qualus"), as described in the announcement on 29 August 2025, for an enterprise value of $110 million and cash proceeds of approximately $105 million net of transaction costs.


EFCG served as the financial advisor to Qualus on the transaction.
