Tammy Eisenberg has over two decades of legal and compliance experience, serving in senior leadership roles at NerdWallet, Stash, BNY Mellon, Mizuho, Cowen and more. While she has most recently focused on FinTech, her deep experience includes sell-side institutional broker-dealer matters such as information barriers, equity and fixed income research, equity and debt capital markets, and sales and trading.  She has been a featured speaker at the Association of Internal Bank Auditors, the American Bar Association “Is the DOJ and SEC War on Insider Trading Rewriting the Rules”, American Bar Association Third Annual FCPA Update, and was published in the Journal of Securities Law, Regulation and Compliance – Developing Effective Compliance Training for Investment Advisers (July 2010). Tammy is a graduate of Widener University School of Law and admitted to practice in New York.

Tammy’s pet projects include supporting her favorite animal rescue, fostering (failing) senior and disabled cats, and various local causes in her home town in New York.
