Jack has participated in the Energy/Power markets for over 40 years as an engineer & contractor. He has held positions from engineer to CEO & Chairman as well as Field Supervisor. Jack was the CEO & Chairman of Power Engineers for over 20 years.

Jack has also served as a member of the IEEE-ICC Committee, Chairman of ACEC Water Environmental & Energy Committee, Chairman of ACEC Energy Committee, Advisor for Jingoli Power (contractor), Advisory Board Member for Grid United (Developer, to interconnect US grids), Senior Advisor to EFCG (management consultant), and Director for Enercon Engineering (engineering consultant).

Jack has also provided consulting services to many Private Equity firms on M&A as well as general consulting to engineering services firms.
