About the event
Every year, EFCG brings AEC executives together for meaningful, peer‑driven conversations. As part of our 2026 EFCG CEO Conference, Steve Lefton, Executive Chair of Kimley-Horn, Mike Carragher, Chairman of the Board of VHB, and Gayle Packer, President & CEO of Terracon have asked to host a unique workshop exclusively for CEOs of 100% employee-owned firms.
2026 Employee-Owned Workshop Overview
As Steve, Mike, and Gayle have observed a continued narrative that private equity ownership is an inevitable path forward, they strongly believe the long‑term sustainability of employee ownership is a story worth elevating and shaping. This complimentary workshop will build on conversations from previous workshops held during EFCG’s 2024 and 2025 CEO Conferences, and is designed to surface CEO perspectives, share experiences, and explore both challenges and opportunities ahead.
