EFCG 2022 Compensation Forum

Today, over 90% of conversations clients have with EFCG’s Talent & Compensation Strategy Practice Team concentrate on total rewards. In 2023, firms reported higher annual compensation increases than usual and overwhelming uncertainty for 2024 as they navigated rising inflation, an intensified talent shortage, and ever-increasing compensation demands of top talent.

 

From October 25-26, 2023, EFCG leveraged its AEC Industry platform to host a highly anticipated Compensation and Total Rewards Forum. This event welcomed AEC Industry CHROs/HRDs, Talent Leaders, Compensation Directors/Managers, and Total Rewards Directors/Managers to engage in candid conversations about best practices and observations from their own firm. EFCG pulled in data from EFCG’s two annual Compensation Surveys and the expertise and guidance of EFCG’s Job Matching / Compensation Committee to guide the discussions and inform these firms’ compensation and total rewards strategies.
