EFCG 2022 Compensation Forum
EFCG’s inaugural Compensation Forum will engage Compensation Directors/Managers, Total Rewards Directors/Managers, Talent Leaders and CHROs/HRDs from across the AEC industry.
Using data from our two annual Compensation Surveys and with the expertise and guidance of our Job Matching / Compensation Committee, this Forum will review and react to key trends in the everchanging compensation landscape as firms navigate rising inflation, an intensified war for talent, and ever-increasing compensation demands of top talent. Firms have reported much higher increase demand in compensation from the usual year over year expansion; where has your firm seen the biggest shift in compensation demands – has it moved away from traditional salary and bonus to fringe benefits, do you have new incentives that were not offered previously, and what is the right balance to motivate employees across the firm?
Space will be limited to approximately 40 attendees to ensure the group will have multiple opportunities to have candid conversations about best practices and observations from their own firm.
