Ryan Del Grosso
Associate, Advisory
Mr. Del Grosso enhances our Advisory Team as an Associate. A graduate of both the U.S. Air Force Academy and Harvard Business School, Ryan served nine years as a Special Tactics Officer. His deployments sharpened his leadership acumen and instilled a strong commitment to excellence. Beyond
military service, Ryan worked as a Senior Business Consulting Fellow at the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee, focusing on Business Intelligence, Resource Allocation, and ESG metrics. In his free time, you’ll find him paragliding and speed flying off mountains.
Ethan McCue Analyst, Advisory
Mr. McCue also joins as an Analyst. He holds dual degrees in Foreign Affairs & Arabic Language from the University of Virginia. He not only excelled academically but also took on leadership roles in a sustainable consulting club and spearheaded sponsorships for the Solar Car Team. His internships
provided invaluable operational insights into the environmental and technology sectors.
Addy Orcutt
Analyst, Advisory
Ms. Orcutt joins the firm as an Analyst. A Harvard University graduate with a B.A. in Economics, she significantly enhances our analytical capabilities. Beyond the classroom, she has consulted organizations in diverse sectors including fitness clothing, commercial vehicles, and pharmaceuticals. In these roles, she focused on data-driven strategies for supply chain decarbonization and sustainable business development.
