Paul Dougas became an EFCG External Consultant after his 15-year tenure as CEO of Sinclair, Knight Merz (SKM), in order to help develop EFCG's practice in Australia and Asia Pacific, where he’s had 40 years of experience in the A/E/C industry.

Paul became CEO of SKM in 1996. He grew the company from $60 million to $1.2 billion in revenue, and while revenue increased 20 times, profits increased 30 times in this period, making SKM one of the most profitable and fastest growing firms in the industry. He led SKM in identifying, completing and integrating over 60 M&A transactions.

Paul has a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree from Melbourne University, and a Masters in Engineering Science from University of New South Wales. He also has also completed executive education courses from Stanford and Harvard.
