Paula Armijo

Paula Armijo began her career as an entry-level clerical worker at MetLife Insurance.  As an organized multi-tasker with strong customer service skills, Paula quickly realized she loves working to support colleagues and clients as an Administrative Professional.  Serving businesses both corporate and small for many years, Paula has accumulated countless layers of administrative capabilities, such as data entry and quality control, bookkeeping, payroll administration, scheduling and event planning.  She loves taking care of business and checking things off her to-do list.  She also cares for our planet and has implemented office recycling programs at three of her previous workplaces.

Just before joining EFCG, Paula worked for ten years as the Office Manager and sole office administrator at MDR Corporation, a certified asbestos abatement company serving to protect environmental air quality by properly removing hazardous building materials.  At MDR she juggled taking care of client needs, scheduling, permit coordination, AP/AR, accounting, reconciliation, payroll processing, benefits administration, backup estimating, and so much more to keep the business running smoothly until the business closed permanently after 35 successful years in business.  

A Colorado native, Paula currently lives with her husband and their snuggly pets in the Denver Metro area, where they raised their two children.  With a creative energy that burns beyond her profession, Paula loves DIY projects and learning songs arranged for the Ukulele.  She also loves connecting with nature whenever possible through biking, paddle boarding, disc golfing, and spending time in her garden.
