Julie works with clients on their people strategies spanning from larger strategic talent planning to specific HR initiative designs. Her expertise is in talent and workforce planning, compensation benchmarking and assessment, post-merger integration, and change management. Prior to EFCG, Julie was a Manager in the Talent & Organization Practice at Accenture, a global management consulting firm. She worked out of the New York City, USA and Lagos, Nigeria offices. As an advisor to Fortune 1 - 500 companies, Julie worked with clients to understand their specific needs and shape concrete strategies unique to their ambitions. As a subject matter expert, Julie regularly speaks on talent strategy topics, having presented at Harvard courses, ENR conferences, and other A/E/C Industry events. She has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from Northwestern University. Julie lives in Connecticut with her husband and two daughters. A Chicago native and New York City fan, she has completed the Chicago and New York City marathons, but remains loyal to her Chicago Cubs.
