Who We Are
Clay is an Analyst on Advisory team at EFCG. Prior to joining EFCG, he worked as an Investment Banking Analyst, assisting companies in M&A transactions, valuations, and other strategic advisory engagements. Clay graduated from Dartmouth College with a degree in Economics and was also a member of the men’s varsity ice hockey team. In his free time, he enjoys anything outdoors such as golfing, travelling, skiing, and wake surfing. He is also an avid fan of the Cincinnati Bengals and Reds despite being continuously let down year after year (especially in the post-season).
RECENT DEALS
Since 1990, EFCG has advised on over 180 completed M&A transactions in the A/E/C industry, equivalent to roughly $9 billion in total M&A consideration, which is estimated to be more than any other financial advisor or investment banking firm in this industry. EFCG provides integrated advisory services to A/E/C firms and assists financial sponsors seeking to invest in the industry.
