Who We Are
Chip has been part of EFCG since its founding in 1990, originally as a Consulting Principal, with deep expertise in facilitating and closing M&A deals for the firm. Chip previously headed up the investment banking practice for Sagebrook Partners and has been working in investment banking for over forty years. He received his BA from Dartmouth College, attended Oxford University as a Reynolds Fellow, and received his MPA from Princeton. Between deals, he plays tennis, skis, and dotes on his wife, Cindy, his three sons, and his two grandsons.
