Who We Are
Batu is a Senior Associate at EFCG, focusing on M&A, valuations and peer benchmarking. Prior to joining EFCG he was an Investment Banking Analyst at AXIA Capital Markets, a European-based investment bank. Batu has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and International Economics from the University of Nottingham, U.K.

Since 1990, EFCG has advised on over 190 completed M&A transactions in the A/E/C industry, equivalent to roughly $9 billion in total M&A consideration, which is estimated to be more than any other financial advisor or investment banking firm in this industry.
