EFCG is thrilled to introduce four new team members!

Trevor Casey
Senior Vice President, M&A
Trevor is a Senior Vice President on EFCG's M&A Team. Prior to EFCG, Trevor was with Live Oak Bank's Sponsor Finance Group, where he focused on providing capital to leading middle market private equity firms with debt capital needs. Previously, Trevor was with Harris Williams, where he helped close several industry-defining M&A transactions with total transaction value exceeding $4 billion across the energy, power and infrastructure sectors. Prior to Harris Williams, Trevor worked at Aiglon Capital Management, an operationally focused private investment firm focused on lower middle market companies, and with Hildene Capital, a multi-strategy, structured credit hedge fund. Trevor received his MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke, and graduated from Georgetown University, where he was captain of the men's lacrosse team. A native of Maryland, Trevor now lives in North Carolina with his wife, Elizabeth, and their three sons.

Emily Shaw Vice President, M&A Emily is a Vice President on EFCG's M&A Team. Prior to joining EFCG, she worked as a Director, FP&A at Vail Resorts, serving as the primary finance partner to Vail's 26 Eastern Region resorts. Previously, Emily was an investment banker on Goldman Sachs' Equity Capital Markets desk, advising clients in the Financials, Fintech and Insurance industries on their public issuance. Emily graduated with honors from Williams College with a degree in History and was also a member of the women's varsity lacrosse team. Emily lives with her husband in Denver, where in her free time she can be found skiing, biking, and golfing.

Ethan McCue Analyst, Advisory
Ethan is an Analyst on EFCG's Advisory Team at EFCG. He recently graduated from the University of Virginia with a double major in Foreign Affairs & Arabic Language. While at UVA, he was a project leader for a sustainable consulting club, Sponsorships Lead for the Solar Car Team, and planned events for his residential college. His internships gave him firsthand experience in the operations of environmental and technology firms. Ethan loves to learn languages, travel, and go to rock concerts. While from Virginia, he currently lives in Seattle.

Addy Orcutt
Analyst, Advisory
Addy is an Analyst on the Advisory team at EFCG. She recently graduated from Harvard University with a B.A. in Economics. Outside of class, she consulted for organizations in the fitness clothing, commercial vehicle, and pharmaceutical industries. She conducted research and data analysis to evaluate potential supply chain decarbonization practices and create business development strategies that would allow clients to benefit from public investments in clean energy and infrastructure. In her free time, she enjoys reading, golfing, and trying new spicy foods. Addy currently lives in New York City.

Ryan Del Grosso
Associate, Advisory
Ryan is an Associate of EFCG’s Advisory Team. Prior to joining EFCG, Ryan graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering and served 9 years as a Special Tactics Officer. His experience spans deployments to Afghanistan, Eastern Europe, and Southeast Asia, where he led the Air Force's special operations ground force and contributed to air/ground integration for U.S. Special Operations Command. While earning his MBA from Harvard Business School, he took on a role as a Senior Business Consulting Fellow at the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee, focusing on Business Intelligence, Resource Allocation, ESG, and Peer Benchmarking.
A devoted father of two with a global perspective shaped by his childhood in Saudi Arabia, Ryan is also an impassioned adventurer, paragliding, and speed flying off mountains across the world. Committed to both physical and mental well-being, he serves as President of the Board for Huts for Vets, a wilderness therapy program that has positively impacted over 350+ veterans through a unique blend of outdoor challenges and philosophical discussions.
