HR Leadership Conference
People underscore everything in the AEC Industry, requiring HR leaders to find answers to some of the most difficult questions facing firms in the space. To foster a continued dialogue around these questions, EFCG has been hosting its annual HR Leadership Conference since 2010. Each year, HR leaders from firms of all sizes, markets, geographies, and cultures come together to share their insights and learnings on HR strategies, policies, and metrics as well as the impact of broader current events. All this exchange is augmented by EFCG’s data and expertise in talent strategy and financial analysis, which leverages our extensive industry financial, compensation, and HR proprietary databases.
In 2023, our agenda spanned the topics of talent management, total rewards, functional excellence and its business impact, while reviewing matters including industry turnover levels, aggregate compensation metrics, diversity, equity and inclusion, M&A and culture change, leadership development, and more.
HRCI and SHRM Credits: Our 2023 program was approved for 12 credit hours from both the HRCI and from SHRM, a benefit unique to EFCG conferences.
