Firms have reported much higher increase demand in compensation from the usual year over year expansion; where has your firm seen the biggest shift in compensation demands – has it moved away from traditional salary and bonus to fringe benefits, do you have new incentives that were not offered previously, and what is the right balance to motivate employees across the firm?
