Pierre-Yves Massille joined the Egis Group in 2020 and currently serves as Chief Transformation, Digital, & Sustainability Officer, supporting the firm’s growth and
development strategy, most notably through the formulation of the strategic project “Impact the Future” and Tikehau’s investment in the company. Previously, he worked at the French Ministry of Finance and at Segula Technologies, where he coordinated
the group’s transformation and was responsible for its business in Northern Europe. Pierre graduated from École Polytechnique with a focus on finance and management.
