As enterprise director of ESG at APTIM, Monica leads the development and implementation of ESG strategy, benchmarking, reporting, and engagement. She works across the organization to ensure that APTIM’s ESG efforts meet or exceed regulatory requirements, client expectations, and employee aspirations. She has nearly 20 years of experience in sustainability, including management of APTIM’s Sustainable Sport Index, design and implementation of large utility energy efficiency and load management programs, and development of carbon offset projects. Early in her career, Monica served in both the Peace Corps and AmeriCorps.
