As Senior Director of Corporate ESG and Sustainability, Monica leads the development
and implementation of APTIM's corporate ESG strategy and is responsible for developing and leading APTIM’s environmental sustainability services team. She has nearly 20 years of sustainability experience, including management of APTIM’s
Sustainable Sport Index and leadership of the design and implementation of large
utility load management programs across the United States. Early in her career, Monica served in both the Peace Corps and AmeriCorps. Monica earned a Bachelor of Arts in biology, minoring in environmental science, from Carleton College and a Master of Business with a focus on sustainable business and finance from Lundquist College of
Business at the University of Oregon.
