Michael is the founder and CEO of Infrastructure Engineering Inc., which he has grown from a 2-person office to 180+ staff in eight offices. His career with professional consulting firms spans 30 years and has included projects of all sizes for local municipalities, federal agencies, and foreign governments. The foundation of his technical training was developed during 10 years with the Illinois Department of
Transportation. He is past Director of the Illinois Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers, a founding member of the Council of Black Architecture and Engineering Companies (CBAEC), formerly known as National Organization of Minority Engineers (NOME) and a member of the American Council of Engineering Companies
and other professional organizations. Michael serves on the Boards of The CUNY Grove School of Engineering, The Foundation for City College of New York and Olin College. Michael is a graduate of Northwestern University where he earned his Civil Engineering degree.
