Jan Walstrom is responsible for leading the Office and driving Jacobs' Corporate Sustainability and ESG approach, as well as integrating the climate response accelerator that underpins Jacobs’ new company strategy across the entirety of our business operations. This ensures every Jacobs project becomes a climate response opportunity and within the framework of energy transition, decarbonization, adaptation and mitigation, and regenerative & nature-based climate solutions, as well as the commitment to infuse sustainable and resilient approaches into all solutions the firm delivers for its clients. Jan also leads the firm’s Enterprise Risk Management function, driving a proactive culture of risk awareness and effective mitigation across our identified framework of company, strategic, foundational risks.
Jan has been with Jacobs (formerly CH2M) for over 30 years serving in multiple leadership positions, including a seat on CH2M’s Board of Directors. Her experience encompasses work with government and commercial clients throughout the world, such as the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, U.S. Department of Energy, U.S. Department of Defense, and the London 2012 Olympic Delivery Authority.
